Projective Tests
Applying projective psychometry tests allows us to analyze with relative ease the personality and way of being of the candidate, unlike statistical tests that are typically done online and are multiple option, projective tests are required to interpret what is being put on paper since the candidate is unconsciously writing / drawing details that give us a glimpse of their real self.
The three projective tests that we interpret and evaluate are:
It’s important to point out that all of our projective tests are interpreted by our team psychologist and results are correlated with the job interview and any other tests applied.

- Draw a Person Test: It reflects how the candidate sees himself and his personality.
- Draw a Person under the Rain Test: It shows a perspective of how the candidate behaves when facing problems and the tools he has to resolve them.
- House-Tree-Person Test: It analyzes how the candidate relates to other people and behaves under stress / external pressure.

Integrity Tests
Integrity tests are a useful tool to measure and evaluate the tendency candidates / workers may have to incur in dishonest acts. We can assess the following dimensions:

These tests are done online with inmediate results and mechanisms to avoid being manipulated.
Costs
Price to apply one test (projective or integrity) per person: $1,000 MXN + tax.
Price to apply borht tests (projective and integrity) per person: $1,800 MXN + tax.
If you have a requirement to apply the tests to more than 10 candidates, please get in touch to talk further and tailor to your need:
