- We submit a shorlist of candidates that have previously been interviewed by our staff in order to insure the best match possible with the job profile and personality.
- Once they are interviewed by our customers and have selected those that pass on to the next round, we apply psychometric evaluations to further provide insight on their personality.
- Once a candidate is selected as a finalist to cover the position, we do a referral and background check.
- Each position that is covered by a candidate from Capta HR, carries a warranty.
Warranty
Our warranty consists that if a candidate resigns or is let go for not living up to the expectations regarding the job responsibilities that were entrusted to him, Capta HR will submit a new candidate shorlist without any additional costs. It’s important to add that we cover this replacement by following our initial promise value.
The duration of this warranty varies depending on the monthly salary that was offered and starts on the candidate’s first work day.
